Why are work training videos always the best/worst? Take this video on how (not?) to fire someone. A few observations:

1. Don’t tell the actress playing the woman being fired that she is only in a work training video. She doesn’t care. She’s all, “I bring my A-game to every performance.”
2. Of course Francesca is the real reason the project was late. Typical Francesca. She’s the worst.
3. That lady must have studied under Obi-Wan because she totally pulled a Jedi Mind Trick on that dude.
4. The supervisor should be fired for that soul patch

An 11-year old girl in Tennessee was killed when an on-duty sheriff’s deputy ran her over as she tried to cross the street. The officer’s name? Sgt. Ron Killings, of course.

Oh irony, you cruel bitch.

Obviously this is a tragic situation, but up until the day he was involved in this horrific accident, how cool was it to be Sgt. Killings?

I mean, that’s the coolest name for a cop, like, ever. If Quentin Tarantino wrote a movie about a rogue group of Tennessee cops who decided to take the law into their own hands and dole out street justice to a group of backwoods, moonshine-running sadists, and he named the leader of the nefarious bunch Sgt. Killings, every film nerd in the world would jizz themselves simultaneously the second he stepped on screen and the camera zoomed in tight to his weathered name badge. Sgt. Killings would instantly become the most iconic character in the history of exploitation cinema. There would be Sgt. Killings T-shirts and Sgt. Killings lunchboxes and people would post videos of themselves on the internet reciting Sgt. Killings’ most famous lines.

But, alas, this is real life (so the real Sgt. Killings is facing some pretty serious charges and accusations) and not a slick Tarantino flick, complete with fancy storytelling devices and movie stars with rugged good looks.

Like Mickey Rourke, who would totally play Sgt. Killings.
